The quintessential pirate novel. Treasure Island can go fuck itself.Ok, kidding of course. But nonetheless, Captain Blood is probably the second most influential book on the subject, and in my own humble opinion it is the best. Exciting, romantic, well-researched,and with a ridiculously bad-ass hero... this is the perfect adventure novel.
